History: Oriff lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She tends to her Tanner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and seeks redemption

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
