Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

History: She was born in the south. Bilga was born on a far southern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Weaver. She bought a lance and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
