History: Cimer was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dragonborn artifacts is his passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He tends to his Crown-heir job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
