Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. History: Heian lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
