History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This woman stands a little under 6'6" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears dull green sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed dagger, just in case. Her long bronze crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Symma embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she feels threatened by others

History: Born to a Barrister, his father struggled to pay the bills. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-orc people
