Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Purson's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Purson is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Purson was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Herbalist. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

The war was a terrible time for her, and Nalaed does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born in a small island village. When Nalaed reached her early adolescence her Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions.
