Personality: Eiravel is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Ida was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ida's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born in the west. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.
