Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He typically wears white cloth garments or leather armor. His blonde hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are blue and beady.
Personality: He is mildly Half-Orc supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Gubrash reached his early adolescence his Half-Orc mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a tan suit, grey shirt, and blue tie. His brown hair is matted, messy, and big. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He is content; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: This late middle aged man very much looks the part of a Dyer and is in decent physical shape. His white hair and beard is wavy and long. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has achieved small success as a Dyer.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and expand his business

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.
History: She was born in the west. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
