In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Euphemia alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. History: She was born in a small plains village. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now mingles about in high society.
