Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against illithids
