Description: This man tends to wear a violet poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has dyed his greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is typically in his Apothecary uniform. He has no hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His childhood dream was to be a Barber, but he was a colossal failure. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length black hair. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Hork was born with his father's beautiful face. Hork was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Hork decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: This slender man stands about 6'10". He wears dull brown sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed shortspear, just in case. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines yellow.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Servant. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shifting fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and balancing his hectic life and new servant responsibilities is difficult
