Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Silvo embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: The child of a Mortician, who enjoyed hunting, Silvo was taken on many hunting expeditions. His childhood dream was to be a Mortician, but he was a colossal failure. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: This malnourished woman wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her auburn hair is matted, messy, and big. Her eyes are a pleasant hazel.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.
