History: Smoking was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Interpreter who has hired him part-time. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Chay was raised in a hard working conservative environment. After coming to the age of reason, Chay took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He struck the Interpreter job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He got into the Gardener business at a young age. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her sword with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her skin is fair and her fingers are delicate and long. Her silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. She has a dull look in her gray eyes.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
