History: Shifting was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: He has a missing left arm. He wears suspenders and white workpants. His shirt is brown, and he wears a heavy white leather apron most of the time. His red hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Grûblik was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Grûblik was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Grûblik's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Description: She wears a grey shirt with thin blue vertical stripes and red pants, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'10" when asserting herself. She has a very tight haircut. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her hazel eyes.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.

History: The child of a Soapmaker, who enjoyed hunting, Herleva was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.
