Description: This man stands a little under 3'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born in the north. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Description: This malnourished woman dresses like a well dressed Mayor does. She sports a flattop hair cut. She has a dull look in her blue eyes.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Galiena was born the youngest of three triplets. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has worked as a Mayor like her mother before her.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: She wears a tattered pair of loose black pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs, and carries scythes. Her silver hair is knotted and matted. Her eyes are likewise white. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her first spouse was a Tanner, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Description: She wears suspenders and green workpants. Her shirt is black, and she wears a heavy green leather apron most of the time. She carries with her a set of ceremonial daggers, each one with a topaz on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her blue hair is thinning but still full. Her red eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She hates Tieflings with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 11 years.

Motivation: Elven compassion; and a strong sense of loyalty to elven people
