History: Born in the east to a Miner, Dain learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Balimaar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Balimaar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bather and was forced into it by his family.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her first spouse was a Bather, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and wants to raise her children well

Description: 3'7" and muscular, this southern man likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He keeps his golden hair in a flapper bob. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Mason born in the past three hundred years. He is a great chef.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mason. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
