Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Ilga will drive conversation. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
