History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

His crest is blue and curly. His red eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
