History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ortegar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ortegar was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Armorer. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Born to a Bookbinder, his father struggled to pay the bills. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
