History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. At some point she was captured by brigands and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. After a long history of fighting, Melissa and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.
