Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears bulky black painted plate armor. His moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This tall, slender man wears a worn and beaten armor. His blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Revenge; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: This late middle aged man wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a kukri, but if one is not available he will default to his hand crossbow and is in decent physical shape. His head has been shaved. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Alex hails from a village terrorized by drow. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Alex alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
