History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Through the years after Ilga was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ilga's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Ilga and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Courier. He's also a talented Scribe, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
