His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Thar was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: The child of a Engraver, who enjoyed hunting, Salasar was taken on many hunting expeditions. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: The child of a Seamstress, who enjoyed hunting, Kipper was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He struck the Spice Merchant job and began his own company from there.
