Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

He keeps his white hair in a pixie cut. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Through the years after Shane was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Shane's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
