Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He wears suspenders and grey workpants. His shirt is green, and he wears a heavy grey leather apron most of the time. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around his ears. He has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is content

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull red iron scale mail. His white hair and beard is wavy and long. His amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature club.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Half-Elven compassion; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-elven people
