Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He wears his blue hair down. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Xappan is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born into a rich family. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is wearing a long, brown cloak. His fur is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and an old rival family wants him found

She carries with her a set of flails, each one with a amber on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. She has white hair. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. She worked as a nervous Laborer and found it very stressful. She struck the Laborer job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This woman stands a little under 3'0" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She usually wears her red robe and has her hammer always slung over her shoulder. She has done her best to style her auburn hair to look like a famous performer. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Lavinia lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.
