Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears dull grey sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed longsword, just in case. His black hair is knotted and matted. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He is greedy; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a white suit, tan shirt, and grey tie, marred by sweets. With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: Gorgûm was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Gorgûm abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Apothecary and occasionally as a mercenary.
Motivation: Expand his business; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears green painted combat armor at almost all times. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gold.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: Hirrathak was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Hirrathak was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Hirrathak's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Servant and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, and is pretty ugly. Her brown fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
