History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: River was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student she started as a Fortune-teller, but she got bored and became a Guard. She bought a ceremonial dagger and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: A 6'4" eastern woman, she wears a white cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. Her blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her first spouse was a Map Maker, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.
