Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

Description: This man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Vondal enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: She is a pot bellied western woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears an entirely brown suit with black socks and a vest with buckled shoes. Her hair is red and curly. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady violet eyes.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Sannl was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Sannl decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and wants to work out more often

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Born in the north to a Soapmaker, Tree learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
