Personality: Millicent is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many orcs want her driven away; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Miner profession.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To be a Miner again; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Description: A moderately attractive man, he has a large green mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. His hair is black and curly. His eyes are a pleasant black.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born into a rich family. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears a black vest and prefers pastel and black shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her blue hair is thinning but still full. Her gold eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Armara was born on a far southern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Dyer. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and many drow want her driven away
