Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Bertram was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Bertram alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He's also a talented Priest, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a whip, but if one is not available she will default to her greataxe, and is pretty ugly. She has wavy chestnut hair. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a Dilettante, her father struggled to pay the bills. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He tends to his Engraver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Engraver and was forced into it by his family; and balancing his hectic life and new engraver responsibilities is difficult
