Personality: He is mildly Tabaxi supremacist, though he does not identify as such. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born in the east. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tabaxi conditions. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
