Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is obsessed with his god.
