History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the east were limited. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Gifted from a young age, Hugh studied abroad. Through the years after Hugh was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Hugh's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
