History: Gifted from a young age, Fulbar studied abroad. Fulbar was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Masseuse. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Bowyer business.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
