History: He was born in the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the west were limited. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fortune-teller for hire.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and further expansion of business
