Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Her left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. She has no hair. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are gray.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Marastyr grew up listening to her father's many stories. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

History: Nikki lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He tends to wear a black poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His green crest, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are red and beady.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. He tends to his Locksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and balancing his hectic life and new locksmith responsibilities is difficult
