She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Layabout job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and doesn't want to be a seamstress and was forced into it by his family
