History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. A freak accident while working with her Miner father left her crippled. After a long history of fighting, Elysande and her spouse have recently divorced.
