History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Raymond grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Raymond. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born in the north to a Carter, Hecat learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has worked as a Carter like her mother before her.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Kody's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
