Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Birel was orphaned to a temple shortly after her birth. She was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above herself and to hold her god always in her heart. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Mercenary for hire.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and balancing her hectic life and new mercenary responsibilities is difficult

Description: He has a missing right leg. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is short and chestnut. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Qualen grew up listening to his father's many stories. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the north. A gifted student she started as a Knight, but she got bored and became a Painter. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Painter.
