Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Giselle alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Giselle fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born in the south to a Butcher, Gorbundus learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Sellsword who has hired her part-time. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She was born in the south. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.
