He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
