Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed spear, just in case. Her wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her eyes are black and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Armara is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Crown-heir. She struck the Crown-heir job and began her own company from there.

History: Torbera was born the youngest of three triplets. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Laborer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and an old rival family wants her found

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Barfa and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: This fat western woman has a bulbous nose and is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing blue cape and mantle trimmed with soft grey waves gently in the breeze. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her white hair is long and unkept. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Keyleth will drive conversation. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: She comes from a rich western family. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
