History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Painter born in the past three hundred years. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born to a Bather, her father struggled to pay the bills. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: The child of a Bather, who enjoyed hunting, Tree was taken on many hunting expeditions. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To settle down with her crush; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister
