Description: An older man who wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with black colored cloaks and clothing, he is not a threatening figure. His black hair is long and unkept. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gold.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born to a Shoemaker, her father struggled to pay the bills. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Crown-heir. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter.

Her hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. Her red eyes peer out from beneath her feathered green hat.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Ronobe's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ronobe was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His hair is black, silky, and of moderate length. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. A true patriot, Gilbert would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Gilbert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
