History: Kelter was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and is well dressed, constantly wearing a blue suit, green shirt, and brown tie. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His brown hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He is baby faced.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Layabout but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
