History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'6" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He sports pastel clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He has no fur. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Shadow was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shadow grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shadow. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: This slender man stands about 4'4". He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His long auburn hair reaches down to his waist. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Elaim was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Elaim's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

History: Nija was born the youngest of three triplets. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and she's looking for her big break
