History: Gardain was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He became a Map Maker soon after.

Description: This late middle aged man wears a tattered pair of loose violet pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs and is in decent physical shape. His red hair is thinning but still full. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: This woman wears a fancy black dress. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. She keeps her chestnut hair in a pixie cut. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her black eyes.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes illithids are coming to abduct people. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
