Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A freak accident while working with his Mercenary mother left him crippled. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. A true patriot, Ethereal would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Crown-heir arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
